Position: BRT6HC Finance Manager Leadership Role
Location: North Battleford

Lead the Finance Department at BRT6HC as the Finance Manager, providing strategic insight and ensuring strong financial stewardship. This key leadership position supports the sustainability of programs and services through effective financial management.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Finance Manager spearheads the Finance team while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Applicants should have robust experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit preparation as they guide the organization in strategic initiatives and business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and supervise the Finance team

• Oversee comprehensive financial operations

• Ensure accurate financial reporting in a timely manner

• Maintain effective financial management tools

• Manage cash flow and banking relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience

• Knowledge of HR-related processes

• Understanding of internal controls and compliance
