As a Credit Recovery Specialist at Tangerine, you will oversee the delinquency ratios of chequing and loan portfolios, working towards yearly objectives.
Your role demands strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage client interactions effectively. This is an opportunity to apply your banking expertise in a collaborative environment dedicated to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage deposit and loan delinquency ratios effectively
• Resolve daily returned payments with clients promptly
• Utilize negotiation skills to minimize losses on accounts
• Investigate and act on email queries regarding accounts
• Assist in escalating delinquent account issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in banking or recovery industry
• Post-secondary diploma or degree required
• Strong knowledge of banking products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
