Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with 3–4 years in pension administration

• Proficient in Excel for calculations and reporting

• Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities

• Willing to obtain a Pension Plan Administration Certificate
