Drive operational excellence at Jobber as a Fintech Operations Lead. Oversee bookkeeping and capital operations while leveraging AI tools for efficiency and growth.
As a key member of the Fintech Operations team, you'll report to the Senior Director of Fintech Risk & Operations. This role calls for a proactive leader skilled in bookkeeping and capital operations who thrives amidst ambiguity.
Your role will significantly influence how Jobber scales its fintech services, catering to small businesses that rely on seamless financial service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead bookkeeping operational foundation from scratch
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of lending products
• Create real-time data reporting for leadership visibility
• Document policies and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and PCI DSS compliance
• Experience in bookkeeping or financial operations
• Comfortable with SQL/Python and analytics
• Project management skills managing multiple workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
