As a senior leader, you'll guide strategies to enhance BDC's Corporate Financing portfolio. Prioritize client relationships and market growth while maintaining compliance with credit policies. You'll utilize your business acumen and client relationship skills to achieve the best financial outcomes for both BDC and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek and develop new corporate financing opportunities
• Establish strategies for client retention and portfolio growth
• Design effective marketing plans in line with financial goals
• Conduct due diligence for all client proposals
• Engage with the Underwriting Group to structure proposals appropriately
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business
• 7-10 years of experience in corporate financing
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent ability to communicate with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
