Be the architect of Investor Relations at Radiant, the first company to produce portable nuclear microreactors. This role focuses on strategic communication and relationship management with investors.
As a high-visibility Director role, you'll report to the CFO and design a complete IR function. You will oversee the lifecycle of investor relationships, including prospecting, due diligence, and enhancing communication strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to Radiant's innovative mission in energy and national security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete investor relations strategy and messaging
• Build and maintain investor prioritization and communication frameworks
• Prepare investor materials and coordinate financing processes
• Serve as a primary contact for existing investors
• Shape the investor narrative and manage company disclosures
Requirements:
• 8–12 years of experience in investor-related functions
• Proven track record leading fundraising initiatives
• Deep knowledge or interest in the nuclear and energy sectors
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to navigate complex investor dynamics
