In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with expert Business Advisors to enhance member financial well-being. Your responsibilities include supporting Agriculture or Commercial Advisors, completing daily transactions, and proactively reviewing member portfolios for opportunities. You will be integral in enhancing team service and coordinating the onboarding of new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Agriculture or Commercial Advisors in member engagement

• Complete daily financial transactions for our members

• Review member portfolios to identify opportunities

• Coordinate team workflow and enhance service delivery

• Facilitate onboarding of new products for members

Requirements:

• Confidence in financial product discussions

• Ability to uncover and respond to customer needs

• Successful experience in team collaboration

• Background in commercial or agricultural services

• Financial industry experience is preferred
