• Support transaction valuation processes and peer reviews

• Assist in managing transactions from evaluation to closing

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of Corporate Development or Investment Banking experience

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations
