Currently we have an opening for a Financial Analyst:
General Accounting. The Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate financial reports and supporting the company’s financial operations through account reconciliations, variance analysis, and forecasting support. This position plays a key role in preparing internal and external working papers, supporting audits, performing treasury functions, and providing financial insights to drive operational decisions. The analyst ensures compliance with accounting standards and contributes to system and process improvements that enhance financial visibility and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain internal and external financial reports, including working papers for audits and regulatory complianceReconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts monthly and resolve discrepanciesPerform treasury functions including bank reconciliations and cash reportingAnalyze financial trends, prepare variance reports, and investigate performance deviationsSupport annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesCollaborate with operations, procurement, and other business units to deliver financial insight and support decision-makingAssist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentationMaintain and enhance financial systems and processes, including ERP and reporting toolsEnsure adherence to internal controls, policies, and GAAP/IFRS accounting standardsParticipate in ad hoc financial projects and continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and maintain high standards of data accuracyRequired Competencies
Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and variance analysisAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to interpret financial results and provide actionable insightsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external organizations.High level of integrity and commitment to confidentialityQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fieldCPA designation or working towards designation is preferredMinimum 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systemsExperience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Jet Reports) is an assetKnowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal control standardsExperience supporting internal/external audits and working with cross-functional teamsWhat We Offer:
