Join RBC as a full-time Communications Surveillance Analyst, focusing on compliance across various financial services. This role emphasizes proactive monitoring of electronic and audio communications.
As part of RBC Capital Markets, your primary function will be to ensure timely communication oversight within Compliance and Surveillance Program goals. You'll integrate communication reviews and collaborate with the Surveillance team to enhance monitoring capabilities, handling electronic communication across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review electronic and audio communications for compliance
• Enhance RBC's e-communications monitoring systems
• Carry out tailored searches across communication platforms
• Facilitate e-mail retrievals for compliance investigations
• Develop and maintain reports and systems for monitoring
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Experience in Capital Markets or Finance preferred
• Proactive mindset with initiative in work
