As the Compliance Lead at IGM Financial Inc., you will be instrumental in managing regulatory obligations and providing guidance to IG Wealth Management team members. With focus on compliance reviews and training program delivery, you will ensure adherence to CIRO regulations while enhancing communication at all organizational levels. This position demands a proactive approach and strong analytical skills to navigate complex compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review daily trading, account openings, and KYC documents
• Support registrants in resolving compliance inquiries
• Oversee training and regulatory commitments
• Coordinate internal reviews and external audits
• Identify and implement essential training programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in compliance roles
• Related post-secondary degree or diploma
• CIRO supervisor registration required
• Fluency in English and French (Quebec-specific requirements)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
