Good Leap is seeking a Senior Associate to enhance its Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will leverage your financial acumen to support budgeting, generate reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses across business units. Collaborating closely with Finance leadership, your analytical skills will contribute to polished, executive-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support annual budget build and consolidation activities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages

• Conduct ad hoc analysis for operational performance

• Enhance Workday financial reporting capabilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• 4-6 years in FP&A or corporate accounting

• Advanced Excel and familiarity with Workday preferred

• Strong data integrity and financial reporting skills

• Experience with AI tools is a plus
