Finance Assistant at Gains Intermediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across all entities

• Perform daily cash posting and bank transaction matching

• Code credit card transactions and assist with expense allocations

• Process AR adjustments and chargeback documentation

• Assist in monthly close activities and audit preparation

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of applicable accounting/bookkeeping experience

• Staff Accountant-level experience preferred

• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills for high-volume tasks

• Excellent communication skills in high-pressure situations
