In this role, you will support budget management, analyze payroll costs, and provide key recommendations to various departments. The candidate should have a degree and CPA designation, along with 4-6 years of relevant experience. You will work collaboratively to ensure effective financial operations throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive budget management analysis
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights
• Coordinate financial reconciliations and capital projects
• Train staff on budgeting systems and financial policies
• Develop proactive financial strategies and documents
Requirements:
• Degree in finance or accounting and CPA
• 4-6 years in financial management and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass security clearance
