Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with day-to-day banking advice

• Support frontline staff with transactions
• Recommend improvements to branch processes
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years of experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) within 90 days
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
