** This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
**** ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
** As a Photo Associate, you will create memorable guest experiences by capturing high-quality photos and delivering exceptional service at our photo concession locations. You will play an important role in promoting photo products, supporting guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
* Assist with guest interactions and service delivery at photo concession facilities
* Assisting with photo sales, combo packages, questions, directions, and guidance in visiting our sister attractions and the Canadian Rockies
* Using cameras to capture guest’s experience
* Completing camera checks and maintaining camera function.
* Handles cash and credit transactions
* Inputting photo sales daily to POS for data tracking
* Overseeing and communicating stock levels of photo inventory
* Performs crowd management
* Solicits guest feedback
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*** Strong customer focus providing friendly, professional and efficient service
* Ability to work in an outdoor environment for long periods of time
* Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Demonstrate high levels of positive energy and a willingness to take on new challenges
* Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment
* Previous photo experience an asset
