Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.

This role is vital in providing exceptional guest services during evening hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining a welcoming workplace for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Manage multi‑line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Perform night audit duties including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing reports.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.

• Previous experience in front desk or hotel reception roles preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
• Experience handling multi‑line phone systems and guest services in a hospitality setting is advantageous.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered a significant asset.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Prior experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment is an advantage.
