This role at Gateway Casinos focuses on providing exemplary service to hotel guests, emphasizing professionalism and attention to detail. You will handle Valet services, assist with luggage at the Bell Desk, and respond to guest requests promptly. This is a hands-on position requiring outdoor work and lifting, ensuring guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as the first point of contact

• Provide Valet services and conduct vehicle inspections

• Assist guests with their luggage safely

• Escort guests to their rooms and inform about facilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service experience

• Valid Ontario Class G2 driver’s license

• Minimum ten years driving experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Clear criminal history certificate required
