The Onsite Event Venue Coordinator delivers hospitality excellence as the first point of contact for guests. This position requires a minimum of two years in hospitality or event management, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills. You'll support event logistics and assist in administrative duties to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with inquiries
• Manage coat check and luggage services
• Support Venue Managers with event operations
• Replenish venue supplies as needed
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet physical role requirements
