Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Banquets & Catering at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo. You will help lead the execution of high-volume events and mentor a culinary team.
The role reports to Executive Chef; includes menu development, inventory management, and collaboration with sales and catering teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-volume kitchens, leadership skills, and a strong grasp of food cost and labor management.
