Elevate the guest journey at Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa as an Executive Housekeeper. Lead a dedicated team focused on high cleanliness standards and extraordinary guest experiences in a unique spa setting.

This role involves strategic leadership and oversight of all housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest-facing areas maintain the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. You will collaborate with Spa Operations to elevate comfort and satisfaction while managing both administrative and financial responsibilities in housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire housekeeping, laundry, and public area personnel

• Implement cleaning standards and inspection protocols

• Develop and monitor housekeeping budgets and KPIs

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

• Enhance guest experiences by exceeding presentation standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality

• Proven capability in managing multi-outlet environments

• Strong financial and team development experience

• Passion for wellness and creating memorable guest experiences

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
