Position: Front Desk / Night Auditor
Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This role is vital in providing exceptional guest services during evening hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out proceduresManage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesyHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levelsPerform night audit duties including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing reportsMaintain accurate records of guest information and reservationsEnsure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all timesUphold excellent phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactionsAssist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operationsCollaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficientlyExperience
Previous experience in front desk or hotel reception roles preferred but no requiredStrong customer service background with excellent communication skillsExperience handling multi-line phone systems and guest services in a hospitality setting is advantageousMultilingual or bilingual abilities are considered a significant assetFamiliarity with hotel management software is a plusPrior experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment is an advantageThis position offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while working during evening hours.
