This role is essential to the smooth operation of the resort during overnight hours, providing a mix of guest service and financial oversight. You will handle check-ins and check-outs while completing crucial night audit processes. The goal is to deliver an outstanding experience for all guests while safeguarding financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk services during overnight periods
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures and standards
• Reconcile all daily financial activities with precision
• Generate reports detailing occupancy and revenue
• Secure financial documentation and guest funds
Requirements:
• High school diploma; advanced studies in hospitality is a plus
• Minimum of 1-2 years in front desk or hospitality roles
• Detail-oriented with basic accounting skills
• Experience with hotel management systems welcomed
• Must be available for overnight shifts as scheduled
