In this pivotal role, you'll lead all bar operations for the Indigenous-themed spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and uphold beverage service standards
• Lead and mentor bartenders on service and operations
• Conduct training on beverage offerings and inventory control
• Manage beverage inventory, including costs and transfers
• Ensure compliance with service regulations and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Proven teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Required Serve It Right Saskatchewan (SIRS) certification
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
