Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Front of House shifts focused on guest experience

• Maintain presence on the floor, assisting before being asked

• Ensure service standards and cleanliness are consistently followed

• Support Servers, Bartenders, and team members during shifts

• Coach and provide positive feedback to team members

Requirements:

• Previous serving or Front of House experience required

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest care
