Supervises the daily Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, including banquets and allhotel outlets, ensuring compliance with established F&B policies,standards, and procedures. Oversees day-to-day operations, monitors service quality and operational standards, and ensures the department consistently meets or exceeds guest expectations. Responsible for maintaining the F&Boperating budget while ensuring compliance with applicable standards, policies,and legal requirements.

This position provides overall leadership and direction to the Front of House F&Bdepartment, working closely with the Banquet Manager and Restaurant Manager toachieve operational, financial, and service objectives. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

• High school diploma or GED; 5 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university inFood Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality,Business Administration, or related major; 3 years experience in the foodand beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

• Assists in the ordering of F&B supplies,cleaning supplies and uniforms.

• Supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B) shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies,standards and procedures.

• Supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program.

• Operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction.

• Supervises staffing levels to verify thatguest service, operational needs, and financial objective are met.

• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect,and cooperation among team members.

• Understands employee positions well enough toperform duties in employees' absence.

• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

• Monitors and maintains the productivity levelof employees.

• Verifies that all team members/supervisors understand the brand specific philosophy.

• Maintains the operating budget, and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed.

• Assists supervisors in understanding team members ever changing needs and expectations, and how to exceed them.

• Celebrates and fosters decisions that resultin successes as well as failures.

• Communicates areas that need attention tostaff and follows up to ensure understanding.

• Coordinates cleaning program in all F&Bareas
