Hotel Guest Services Supervisor

Lead hotel guest services through strong hospitality and quick problem-solving. This supervisory role coordinates reception, reservations, night audit, and concierge operations.

The Guest Service Supervisor ensures smooth service across key hotel operations. You will support team members, coordinate with departments, and maintain service excellence during regular and unexpected situations. Your work helps deliver personalized stays for regular guests and VIPs.

• Plan personalized arrivals for regular guests and VIPs
• Support team members and their professional development
• Maintain service areas and health, safety, hygiene standards
• Coordinate customer service activities and inventory during busy periods
• Manage complaints, emergencies, crises, and service excellence deployment

• Minimum two years’ hotel management or supervisory experience
• Hotel Management diploma considered an asset
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and mobilize teams
• Empathy for guests’ feelings, concerns, and difficult situations
• Strong computer knowledge; OPERA PMS experience considered an asset
