Part-Time Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Shifts vary throughout the week and may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and issue room keys or access cards
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest concerns and communicate room status and vacancies
• Process guest payments, verify credit card information at check-in, and review charges at check-out
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, local attractions, and recommendations
• Take, confirm, and manage reservations, and maintain accurate records of room availability
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members
• Help ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk

Requirements:

• Previous hotel or front desk experience is an asset but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling reservations, payments, and guest information
• Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
