Deliver guest services in downtown Saskatoon with MN-S as a part-time Front Desk Agent requiring accurate records and clear communication.

Métis Nation – Saskatchewan seeks a permanent Front Desk Agent for its new 30-unit building. Support Métis Citizens travelling for medical appointments and other needs. Manage guest records, respond to requests, address security concerns, and oversee housekeeping staff.

• Register guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, and assign parking
• Maintain guest profiles, billing, maintenance, and communication records
• Run end-of-shift audit reports and routine reporting
• Respond courteously to inquiries, requests, and security issues
• Maintain vacancies, reservations, supplies, and room assignments

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years in front desk, administration, or hotel settings
• Excellent communication and basic accounting skills
• Computer software experience and accurate charge balancing ability
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable transportation
