This role supports the HR Manager in handling HR operations efficiently across North America. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with employment laws in both jurisdictions. You’ll also assist employees with benefits inquiries and contribute to policies ensuring streamlined HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations for U.S. and Canadian staff
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
• Support employee benefits and policy inquiries
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related area
• 2–5 years of HR experience focusing on U.S./Canada
• Strong understanding of cross-border regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
