As a Lifecycle Specialist, your key responsibility is to manage employee exits effectively while providing first-level employee relations support. You will facilitate client requests on HR matters and lead essential meetings while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Your insights will contribute to ongoing process improvements that support Remote’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex end-to-end exit processes internationally

• Provide comprehensive guidance on HR-related client requests

• Facilitate workforce reduction consultations and negotiations

• Coordinate compliance efforts with various stakeholders

• Monitor employee relations cases and ensure timely follow-up

Requirements:

• HR Advisor or Business Partner experience required

• Strong sensitivity and compliance in exit management

• Excellent skills in communication and conflict resolution

• Proficient in remote collaboration tools

• Strong data integrity and record-keeping focus
