Join Crowd Strike as a Benefits Manager focused on Canada and LATAM in a remote capacity. Manage key health and retirement benefits to enhance employee engagement and compliance.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and implementation of benefits programs across the Canadian and LATAM regions. Your responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and executing effective communication strategies for employees. A solid track record in benefits administration will be essential in helping to shape Crowd Strike’s regional offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer benefits programs for Canada and LATAM
• Lead benefits renewal processes and employee training
• Build and maintain relationships with benefits providers
• Ensure alignment with regulations and company philosophy
• Provide actionable insights through cost and utilization reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years in international benefits management
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations
• Experience with M&A in benefits administration
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous
