Reporting to the Manager of HR Solutions and Analytics, you will play a vital role in the implementation and functionality expansion of various HR systems. Responsibilities include writing reports for stakeholders and ensuring smooth operation of technologies like the HRIS and payroll systems. Your knowledge will contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage software implementation and upgrades for HR systems
• Prepare reports and queries for executives and agencies
• Maintain and troubleshoot essential HR technologies
• Update HRIS dictionaries for third-party system integration
• Audit data integrity and create training materials
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Management or Information Management
• Experience in HR technology over the last five years
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• In-depth knowledge of HR service delivery
• Excellent decision-making and interpersonal skills
