Job Description
The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.
Experience- Three (3) years related experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Critical thinking skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example
- Computer skills
- Capability to transform systems:
Encourage and support innovation - Communication skills
- Knowledge in organization's goals, vision, mission and values
- Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
- Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm
- Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety
- Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care
- Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan
- Travel within the region and provincially
- Preference for position to be based in North Battleford. May also consider Lloydminster as a home base.
