Lazer is on the lookout for a Senior Fintech Recruiter with a robust 5 to 7-year background in technical recruiting. This role requires expertise in sourcing for roles at the intersection of finance and AI, demanding a proactive mindset and collaboration with leadership. You will directly impact how we attract and secure talent, setting standards for quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete hiring journey for engineers
• Work closely with Cofounders to align on recruitment strategy
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns
• Create efficient and effective interview processes
• Utilize AI to augment sourcing and recruitment efforts
Requirements:
• At least 5-7 years in tech recruitment
• Network within fintech and AI sectors
• Exceptional articulatory skills for technical roles
• Comfortable with ambiguity and modern recruiting tools
• Experience collaborating in fast-paced environments
