As the HR Coordinator, you'll report to the Supervisor of Human Resources, providing essential support in recruitment, benefits administration, and training development. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports, as well as coordinating training sessions and engaging in performance management processes. Participate in site events and assist administration as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee inquiries regarding benefits and organizational policies
• Organize and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
• Prepare HR activity reports and maintain employee records
• Assist in recruitment and attend job fairs
• Aid in training development and attendance tracking
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in HR or a related discipline
• Minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in mining
• CHRP designation is an asset
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with HRIS
