As a member of the Resource Management team, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the deployment of client-serving professionals and managing schedules effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support with complex scheduling and assignments
• Monitor CRM data for effective resource matching
• Conduct searches for skills aligning with project needs
• Maintain accurate schedules for personnel and client projects
• Report regularly on staffing status and unassigned resources
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in professional staffing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent English communication capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
