Join Saskatchewan Blue Cross as a Group Benefits Expert in Saskatoon or Regina. This full-time position, offering hybrid flexibility, is designed for individuals passionate about client service and relationship management.
As a Group Benefits Service Specialist, you will handle the onboarding of new clients, manage inquiries, and actively promote client satisfaction and retention. Collaborating with benefits advisors and internal teams, you will ensure a seamless group benefits experience and support effective communication. Your ability to interpret data and provide insightful recommendations will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding and communication with new clients
• Facilitate regular service and account review meetings
• Resolve client inquiries within agreed timelines
• Conduct employee training presentations on benefits
• Identify and implement service process improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in Group Benefits
• Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Capable of working flexible hours and traveling as required
