Location: Martensville
Fuel HR innovation utilizing technology as a Human Resources Analyst focused on system enhancement. Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless support and improve user experience in a hybrid environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Technology Manager, acting as a technical expert on HR systems. You will partner with HR and Payroll professionals to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize configurations. Your insights will drive the alignment of technology with business requirements and project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service to HR and Payroll teams
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert in HRIS
• Identify and resolve system-related challenges proactively
• Contribute to HR technology projects and testing
• Ensure effective communication regarding system updates
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in HRIS required
• Diploma in IT or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal skills essential
• Experience with HRIS systems like Dayforce or UKG
• Understanding of AI applications in HR systems
