Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on performance measurement and governance issues
• Mentor and guide analysts on compensation initiatives
• Analyze organizational strategies related to compensation
• Facilitate market benchmarking for pay structures
• Create impactful reports and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in finance, economics, or HR related field
• 5 years of experience in compensation consulting
