Our enterprise client is seeking an Intermediate Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail business units.

Join a leading provider in the agriculture sector supporting talent acquisition for a high-impact retail business. This role manages end-to-end recruitment delivery, collaborating closely with business leaders and HR teams to identify and secure high-performing candidates. The position offers strong visibility and ownership of recruitment strategies driving inclusion and critical hiring priorities. This is a one-year hybrid contract role based at the Lanigan site, requiring four 10-hour shifts per week.

The position includes two days onsite and two days remote.

Must Haves

5+ years in  full-cycle recruitment  including  screening ,  interviewing , and  selection

Experience using  applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Background in  high-volume recruitment  for  corporate  or  retail environments

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred

Experience engaging and managing  stakeholders  across multiple levels of an organization

Nice to Have

Experience developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies

Prior exposure to account management or HR stakeholder coaching

Responsibilities

Support execution of retail business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent

Manage full-cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection

Collaborate with hiring leaders to create and drive inclusive recruitment strategies

Guide and coach hiring leaders throughout the hiring process

Coordinate timely candidate reviews and activities with stakeholders

Partner with HR professionals and internal Centers of Excellence to ensure positive recruitment experiences

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within talent acquisition
