As a Global Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting across R&D, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, focusing on sourcing and connecting exceptional talent with Solace's culture. Your proactive approach in a competitive market will significantly impact our employer brand and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own recruitment for various global roles across departments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements deeply
• Source passive candidates via multiple creative channels
• Represent Solace at industry events and career fairs
• Facilitate interviews, discussions, and offer recommendations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years recruiting experience in a global capacity
• Experience in technical and go-to-market roles
• Proven ability to attract passive talent
• Skilled in managing multiple requisitions effectively
• Strong detail orientation for ATS accuracy
