Public service awaits in Saskatoon as a Full-Time Work Placement Coordinator. Set up valuable work placements for participants and support hosts throughout the program.
This role requires meeting with program participants to chart their career paths while administering relevant evaluations. You will also collect feedback, which is essential for reporting. Working closely with the Employment Manager, you'll assist in the selection of candidates for upcoming program intakes, enhancing participant experiences and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate work placements aligned with participant needs
• Meet regularly with participants for career planning
• Implement evaluation tools and collect necessary feedback
• Collaborate with the Employment Manager on recruitment strategies
• Support hosts with resources during placements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required for this position
• 1-2 years relevant experience desired
• Strong relationship-building and support skills
• Proficiency in evaluation and feedback processes
