The City of Saskatoon seeks a Total Rewards Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance for its compensation, benefits, and pension frameworks. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of reward strategies, ensuring they align with legislative requirements and organizational priorities. You will guide a high-performing team and offer expert insight to City leadership and various Boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Total Rewards section effectively

• Develop and govern the Total Rewards Strategy

• Chair the Benefits Governance Committee with expert insights

• Oversee the administration of the City's Pension Plans

• Conduct advanced analytics for all reward programs

Requirements:

• Degree in commerce or related field

• 7-9 years of HR experience in compensation and benefits

• CPHR designation preferred; CCP or CEBS considered

• Advanced knowledge of HR principles and practices

• Ability to handle confidential information effectively
