This position requires you to lead recruiting efforts while serving as the key HR liaison. You will manage onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for varied roles
• Serve as HR point of contact for performance management
• Implement corrective actions with managers' support
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientations
• Maintain HR records and deliver training as needed
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
• 3-5 years of direct HR experience required
• Familiarity with HRIS tools including ADP and Workday
• Strong judgment in confidential matters
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
