Your role focuses on strategic HR program implementation and employee relations management.
In this position, you will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws while guiding business leaders in HR practices. You’ll actively participate in recruitment efforts and oversee performance management initiatives. Your strong organizational skills will contribute to a safe and compliant work environment across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide leaders on established HR guidelines
• Implement safety and compliance measures
• Recruit and evaluate candidates effectively
• Coordinate workplace investigations and resolutions
• Oversee HRIS projects for system enhancements
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in HR recruiting
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM preferred
• High integrity and confidentiality standards
• Willingness to travel occasionally for support
