Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders on recruitment strategies

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various positions

• Provide HR guidance on employee relations

• Conduct workplace investigations and resolutions

• Develop and implement HR policies and programs

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience

• Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan employment legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly

• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office
