Human Resources Advisor

Join Saskatchewan Research Council as a Human Resources Advisor in Saskatoon. Contribute to HR excellence by providing vital support and guidance across the employee lifecycle in this 2-year term role.

This position partners with employees and leaders to address HR needs, including employee relations and benefits administration. You will play a key role in managing performance programs and the talent management process, while ensuring accurate HR records and effective program delivery. Your contributions will enhance SRC's employee experience and support organizational objectives throughout HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and support on policy and employee relations

• Manage benefits administration and employee inquiries on claims

• Coordinate performance management and employee recognition programs

• Partner with leaders on talent management and development

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum three years of HR experience

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and legislation

• Experience in an industrial environment is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
