This full-time, in-person role is responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll for diverse employee groups. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and process payroll records across provinces

• Administer group benefits and retirement savings programs

• Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations

• Support payroll system implementations and upgrades

• Serve as liaison for benefits providers

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of payroll experience, including multi-provincial

• Experience in unionized payroll environments

• Certification as Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) is a plus

• Proficient in payroll and HRIS systems

• Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential data
