In this role, you will perform key HR functions including managing time and attendance, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes. Working under the HR Manager, you will coordinate with HRBPs to fulfill staffing requirements and implement effective management strategies for optimized scheduling and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage organizational time and attendance records
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding for new hires
• Approve staffing needs, including overtime and leaves
• Develop workforce management strategies and reviews
• Ensure effective communication of HR services to operational leaders
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources
• Educational background in HR or Bachelor of Commerce
• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
• Licensing with relevant regulatory body if applicable
• Equivalent education and experience can substitute
